Who is PROOF for?
Couples, first and foremost. You join together on one profile. Verified singles can be invited in where a couple chooses to meet them, and every profile, couple or single, passes the same video check. And what you use it for is your call: plenty of members are here for friends first — coffee, a walk, new people to hang out with — with more only if it grows there. Connections for friends or more, on your terms.
Why do I have to be on video?
Because a photo can be old, borrowed, or filtered past recognition. A short video recorded in the app shows the real person today. That one step removes most of the fakes and the time wasters before they reach you.
What happens if someone uses an AI avatar?
It is a hard rule, and it applies to everyone. Every profile photo and avatar on PROOF is tested for AI. Anyone caught using an AI avatar is removed automatically, and there is no refund. If the face is not a real photo of you, do not put it on your profile.
Will people I know find me on here?
Profiles live inside the app only. They are not public web pages, and you choose when to share anything beyond your video and your first names.

What are the groups and pages?
Groups are small, verified-only rooms inside PROOF — a welcome circle for new couples, a members lounge, a date night and events group, and a circle for founding faces. Pages are your public-to-members face: a couple profile page led by your video, a creator page if you post together, and a city events page for dinners near you. All of them are forming now and open at launch.
